How do I get Yahoo to correct my listing in Yahoo local listings?
My business listing on Yahoo Local is incorrect. I own the listing and have tried to edit it but it has been listed as "Pending" for months. I've tried contacting Yahoo by phone and e-mail several times but I can't get a live person or any response. Any ideas? Don't sign up with True Local 's business listing! Is their "contract" legitimate?
Our company manager signed up with True Local for a priority business listing a few months ago; Although on their website, they say starting from $117 + GST for a priority listing, but when you called up, they'd tell you that you need this and that, and then the actual priority listing end up costing us $346 dollars per month!!! They also somehow got managed to debit money directly out of our bank account without written authorization. In their email confirmation, they claim that they will send us monthly traffic report etc etc. but nothing happened after you signed up the service and they can get money out of your bank account. We have been trying to contact them, but all the numbers you can ring is voice mail. We have emailed their senior sales person repeatedly , but never get a response. We want to confirm that we would like to terminate the contract when this current serving term ends, but since we have no way to get their response, we don't know what will happen. If you are planning to pay a listing at True Local, please please re-consider. I want to ask any of you would know if their contract ( basically an email notification ) is legitimate? We want to terminate the listing earlier since we have not got what they have promised to deliver, I wonder if their "contract" is legitimate? We cannot have the bank to refuse their debt money out of our account, the bank staff says we have to ask them to stop debting money out. But True Local (truelocal.com.au) is not responding what so ever! What can you do in this case?
